Inkbloom sells one-time credit packs used to generate colouring pages. Credits are a digital product delivered instantly as a redemption code. Because of this, please read how refunds work.
Every visitor gets one free page (watermarked) with no signup, so you can see Inkbloom’s quality before paying anything. We strongly recommend using the free page first.
If a page doesn’t come out well, contact us — we’ll review it and, where appropriate, re-credit the page so you can try again with a different wording or style. Our goal is that every credit you spend produces a page you’re happy with.
If you bought a pack and have not redeemed the code, or redeemed it and used no credits, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of that pack. Partially used packs are refunded pro-rata for the unused credits at our discretion.
Email pinxiantech@outlook.com with your PayPal transaction ID and the email used at checkout. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method.
Please contact us first — we can almost always resolve issues faster than a dispute. Each redemption code is single-use and tracked server-side; we keep delivery records for every page generated.
